Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
The product received is defective or damaged.
The product received is different from your confirmed order.
To request a return or exchange:
Contact our Client Care team within 3 days of receiving your order at care@thevelvorovestiario.com.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Made-to-order or customized products.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Our team carefully inspects each returned product before approving a replacement or refund to ensure fairness for all clients.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product reaches our atelier, we will initiate your refund within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For COD or UPI orders, we will arrange a secure bank transfer.
If the returned product fails to meet the conditions stated above, it may be sent back to the customer without refund.
