Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on location.
Every parcel is insured and trackable to ensure your piece arrives safely and on time.

International Shipping

Available in select countries; delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days.
International duties, customs, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
Each order is handled with the same care and packaging standards as within India.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original labels and packaging intact.
Custom-sized or altered products are not eligible for return or refund, unless a verified defect is found.
Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality verification.
All requests are to be raised through care@thevelvorovestiario.com, with order details and photographs if applicable.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once production or customization begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.

All client information, including payment details, is stored securely using encrypted systems.
We do not retain card information after payment completion.
